Returns & Exchanges

At Starboard, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
